Q: Do you have parts for older (pre 1970) bikes?
A: No, at this time we are specializing solely in /5 and newer bikes, that is to say BMW's made in Berlin! We may expand our offering to extend back to the Munich built bikes at some point, but not any time soon, as we have much more to do for the 12 volt machines before we expand further.
Q: Do you sell used parts?
A: No, we only sell new, original BMW parts and BMW-recommended products and accessories.
Q: Can you work on my bike?
A: No, we do not provide any mechanical services at this time. We will however gladly offer technical advice to the best of our ability pertaining to products that you purchase from us. Please send mail to: email@example.com
Q: I need a part that is not on your web site
A: Granted, we don't have everything however we would like to be your one stop source for your BMW motorcycle. If there is something that you need and you don't see on our web site, please let us know and we will get the part for you if it's available. We can get most Original BMW parts within 2-3 days and for anything else, we receive weekly shipments from Germany by air. You can save time and money by letting us find the parts you need for you. If possible please provide the BMW part numbers or a detailed description of the part that you need as well as information about your bike. A picture is also a great way to communicate what you are in need of. Please send e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org with your parts request.
Q: Can I order part for my 2 valve and also parts from Wunderlich America for my 4 valve BMW on the same order?
A: The two stores are separate and there is no way to merge shopping carts from one to the other. We have created a work-around however: Start by adding the items that you want to your cart here at boxer2valve.com. When you are done, print the cart or write the part numbers down and then go to www.wunderlichamerica.com and shop for the 4 valve parts you want there. You can then add all of the 2-valve parts to your Wunderlich America cart by entering the part numbers into the search box and then selecting the item and adding it to your cart.
All of the 2 valve parts are in the Wunderlich America database with current pricing etc. however most of the products will not have pictures or descriptions, so you will need to get all of that information from boxer2valve.com first.
Q: Can you ship to my country?
A: We regularly ship our products all over the world. You may place an on-line order and select your country. If you do not see your country listed, please E-Mail email@example.com
Q: What is the Warranty on BMW 2-Valve Parts in North America?
A: Most of our parts are covered by a one-year warranty. During this period, should a warranty issue arise, we will either repair or replace the defective item at our option. Our warranty does not apply to parts that have been modified or damaged by the user. The bottom line however is that your satisfaction is our number one goal, so should you have a problem after a year, please let us know and we may still be able to help you out.
Should you experience a problem with one of our products, please send us e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org describing the problem and if at all possible attach some pictures demonstrating the problem or concern.
Q: Do you accept returns?
A: Yes. We allow 100% refund or exchanges on items that are in their original package, new and uninstalled for 30 days from the purchase date. Please see our Returns page for complete details.
Q: Is your on-line shopping system secure?
A: Absolutely! We have taken great care to ensure that your information is handled securely. Our systems are constantly monitored and we are PCI compliant.
Q: Can I come to your facility?
A: Yes, you are very welcome to stop by! We have a small showroom and everything in stock is available for purchase or we'll be glad to show you any BMW 2-Valve item you may be interested in. Since we are mainly a mail order business, we may be in the warehouse and not the showroom. Please ring the doorbell and we'll be happy to assist you. Please note our business hours below.
