Return Policy

Thank you for choosing our products. We want to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase made from our website. To facilitate the return process and provide a smooth experience, please read and understand our return policy guidelines outlined below:


Return Timeframe: You have a period of 30 days from the date of receiving the product to request a return.


Product Condition: All returned items must be in brand new condition, completely unaltered, and free from any signs of wear. Products should not have been mounted, assembled, or otherwise used.


Boxes with Company Branding: The packaging boxes with company branding are an integral part of the product itself. Therefore, to be eligible for a refund, the packaging boxes must also be in new condition.


Return Application Process: To initiate a return, customers must follow the application process specified on our website. This process ensures that your request is processed efficiently.


Unauthorized Returns: Any returns made without following the application process will be considered unauthorized and will be denied.


Unauthorized Return Notification: In case an unauthorized return is received at our facility, we will make attempts to contact the customer using the contact information provided during the initial purchase. We will try to reach out via phone and email to inform about the unauthorized return and the necessary actions to proceed.


Recycling Circle: If an unauthorized return remains unclaimed by the customer for a period of 10 days after our contact attempts, we will forward the products to a recycling circle or appropriate waste management facilities.


Restocking Fee: For every approved return, a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount. This fee covers the cost of inspecting and restocking the returned products.

  • Customized or personalized products are non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect.
