The bag is excelent, but will not give 5 stars as it is dificult to install and unistall from the sit. Also when, not mounted on the bike, you have to place lose straps inside the bag, and cannot be carried as a back pack...

First of all, let me say I like tail bags rather than rear seat bags, especially for day rides, because I like to be able to swing my leg over and the seat bag gets in the way. I like expandability to put my jacket liner or electric jacket in when it warms up. I had really liked my old Touratech tail bag but it just wasn't quite large enough. The small BMW tail bag was more than I need. The Wunderlich Elephant Tail Bag is just right: room for some tools and gear, expandable with the added benefit of the two zippered side pockets. The elastic cord is nice for gloves, etc. So definitely a thumbs up on this one
