Return Policy

Thank you for choosing our products. We want to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase made from our website. To help make the return process as smooth as possible, please review the return policy guidelines below.

If you believe a mistake has occurred in the processing or shipment of your order, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will assess the situation and take appropriate measures to correct the issue promptly.

Return Timeframe

You have 45 days from the date you receive your product to begin the return process.

Order Cancellation / Modifications

If you change your mind, please act fast. We turn around and process orders extremely quickly.

For the quickest results, call us at 828-388-7902 with your order number, and we will cancel and refund the order on our end when possible. If it is outside of business hours, please use our contact form, and we will take care of it when we are back open.

Once an order has shipped, we are unable to cancel the order.

Product Condition

All returned items must be in brand-new condition, completely unaltered, and free from any signs of wear. Products must not have been mounted, assembled, installed, or otherwise used.

Unused items returned with missing or damaged packaging or components may be returned to the customer or may be subject to an additional processing fee of up to 25% of the merchandise cost, depending on the condition and availability of the missing or damaged components.

Boxes with Company Branding

Product packaging with company branding is considered part of the product itself and must also be returned in good condition.

Please do not tape anything directly to the original product packaging. The product box should be placed inside a separate shipping box to minimize damage, just as it was originally shipped to you.

Please do not use the product box as the shipping container. If the product packaging arrives damaged, the return may be subject to a restocking fee based on condition.

Return Application Process

To initiate a return, properly package the product with its original packaging and components.

Please include your original order or invoice number with your return so we know where to apply the credit.

Issues of Return Notification

If an incomplete return is received at our facility, we will attempt to contact the customer using the contact information provided during the original purchase. We will try to reach out by phone and email to inform them of the return issue and the necessary steps to proceed.

Returned Seats

We understand that seats are among the most subjective products we sell, as everyone has a different opinion of comfort. You may install the seat and take the bike for a quick ride.

If the seat is unscuffed, in prime/new condition, and shipped back properly, you will receive a full refund upon return.

Restocking Fee

If a returned product is damaged, not in new/resellable condition, or missing original packaging, a restocking fee may be deducted from the refund amount. This fee covers the cost of inspecting, restocking, and potentially discounting the returned item for resale.

Additional Terms and Conditions

  • Customized or personalized products are non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect.
  • Items sold on closeout and bargain pages are sold as-is and are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Certain products may have specific return conditions listed on the product page. Please review those before purchasing.
  • Returned items must be packaged securely. We cannot accept items damaged due to improper return packaging.
  • Refunds will be processed through the original payment method.
  • Returned products must be complete, in new condition, and include all pieces and original packaging.
  • Small parts should be placed in a sealed plastic bag inside the shipping box so they do not get lost in transit.
  • Items that have been installed, scratched, marked, soiled, scuffed, or are missing pieces will not qualify for a full refund.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping. We recommend using a carrier that offers tracking and shipment insurance.
  • Jekill and Hyde exhaust systems and Öhlins suspension products cannot be altered once production begins, as they are customized and tailor-made. If returned, these items may incur a substantial restocking fee.
