Please read our Return Policy before beginning the return process.

The return process is rather straightforward. Assuming your return is eligible, simply and safely put the item in a securely packaged box and ship it back to our address listed below.

Please include your name and invoice/order number in the parcel so we know which order to refer it to.

After we receive the returned item, please allow us 1-2 weeks to process the return; you will then receive a refund to the method of payment used. This generally takes a few days to process therefore, we ask for your patience.

If you feel we are at fault for the reason you wish to return the item—for instance, if you received the wrong item or the product is broken or malfunctioning please contact us via telephone or our Contact Form, and we will handle the situation as efficiently as possible.
