Wunderlich's clutch service kit contains all the parts you will need to replace the clutch components on your K75 BMW 

This kit includes the following:

Pressure ring for clutch

This pressure Ring is made by the OEM supplier Sachs and equivalent to the BMW supplied part in every way.

Whenever you replace your clutch disk, it is imperative that you also replace this part to ensure that you get the longest life and best performance out of your clutch. Also replace the Pressure Plate and the Diaphragm Spring

Be sure to thoroughly clean the contact area before installing and always use new bolts !

Clutch Disk OEM Sachs

This clutch disk is made by the original supplier to BMW SACHS. It is identical to the original BMW part.

Important Note: When replacing your clutch, it's not enough to just replace the disk! It is imperative that you also replace the pressure plates and the diaphragm spring.

it's also important that your clutch cable is properly adjusted. This is important so that the clutch actuation mechanism has full movement. Failure to perform these tasks may result in premature failure, wasted effort and money.

Clutch Pressure Plate 

This pressure plate is made by the OEM supplier Sachs and equivalent to the BMW supplied part in every way.

Whenever you replace your clutch disk, it is imperative that you also replace this part to ensure that you get the longest life and best performance out of your clutch.

Diaphragm Spring 

This Heavy Duty Diaphragm Spring is made by the OEM supplier Sachs and equivalent to the BMW supplied part in every way.

Whenever you replace your clutch disk, it is imperative that you also replace this part to ensure that you get the longest life and best performance out of your clutch. Also replace the Pressure Plate and the Pressure Ring and always use new bolts!

Pressure Plate Spacer Ring

Made by Sachs, the original supplier to BMW

Whenever replacing the clutch assembly, this part should be changed out too. The clutch carrier (flywheel) of the K75 is aluminum and so this ring's purpose is to provide a solid base for the diaphragm spring. This is a part that wears and should be replaced for optimal clutch performance.

Bolt for clutch disc

Replacing the clutch bolts every time the clutch is removed or replaced is the right thing to do.

These are the replacement bolts for all clutch assemblies. 6 are required.

Serrated lock washer

Along with the clutch bolts, these serrated washers must be replaced each and every time the clutch bolts are removed for any reason.
