Cooling Fin Damper Disc

Rubber dampeners that are installed on the cylinder head fins to reduce noise emissions. BMW put 6 on each cylinder (12 per bike, sold individually). They are not required and only to serve in a aesthetic, not performance, aspect of the bike.
