Description
Flex-Hone Aluminum Oxide, 95mm
Used for surface finishing, cross hold deburring, and edge blending in all R80, R100 Nikasil Cylinders. For all engine applications utilizing a 82mm to 95mm bore with Nikasil Plated/Coated Cylinder Walls.
We offer them in 240 grit, EXCELLENT for re-ringing jobs or final bore. Tool is labeled as 3.750" diameter but is actually slightly larger to provide the required cylinder wall force.
Flex-Hone can be used with a 3/8" or 1/2" portable hand drill or drill press. This patented Flex-Hone is the best way to create a Cross Hatch surface finish with suspended globule working abrasives.
