Headlight Holder Rubber, Lower
This is definitely one of those items that you will want to replace when doing a restoration and it's also a consideration whenever you are removing the forks for whatever reason. These rubbers deteriorate over time and need to be replaced.
OEM quality replacement part, sold individually.

I rebuilt the front end of this bike. The original rubber had cracked, and this part from B2V fits perfectly.

My bike is a '78 R100/7 and virtually all the rubber cushions and parts are pretty much sacked. These fit, and stopped the rattling of the S fairing installed on the bike.
