We have always been a big fan of the R65 models! The short stroke gives the bike a completely different character compared to its larger displacement siblings. All of the outstanding attributes of the R65 are retained with this kit but a substantial power and torque increase really transform the performance an fun factor.

The Siebenrock kit increases the displacement from 650cc to 860cc and this equates to 22% increase in power from 50 to 61 HP and a 59% torque increase from 49 Nm at 5500 rpm / min to 78 Nm at 5080 rpm / min. This amazing result means that you will have noticeably more power and torque at a lower RPM, so you no longer need to wring the motor out to make it go.

The very complete kit consists of the following :

• Nikasil Cylinder Set
• Matched Piston set
• Stainless Steel pushrod tubes
• Wrist pins and clips
• Top end gasket set

Note: There are two versions of this kit available: One for models up to and including the 1980 model year and the other 1981 and later including Monolever models. The production date cut off is 09/1980. There is also an 860 kit for the R45 models.
