Throttle Tube, 1975 on
Original Magura replacement part, Made in Germany.
The teeth of the throttle sleeve will wear out over time, especially if the throttle sleeve has not received sufficient maintenance over the years. This is supplied complete with the /7 style Magura grip installed.
Fits all non-heated grip models from 1977 model year and later, including K100 and K75.

The throttle tube was binding when installed. It appears that the metal gear mechanism is bonded to the plastic outer tube. There is a ridge of plastic material that stands about 1 mm proud of the metal gear mechanism, that causes it to bind. It took 20 minutes of careful filing and shaping to stop the binding. Could have been that the one I got was defective.

Had an old tube that I believe it was for a 74' bike. Mine is a 75', so the rectangular slot distance to the cam is longer than the prev. models. New tube works/ fits perfectly. Got the throttle fixed and the bike running smoothly
