Turn Signal Housing, Black

I purchased two of these for my 1986 R80. Unfortunately, these housings are not designed to accommodate the use of stock reflectors/lenses for this bike. The metal stamping that contains the threaded hole for the insertion of the lens mounting screw protrudes too far to the outer edge (> 3mm) of the plastic housing to allow a stock lens to fully mount into the housing. I called to share this and was advised to consider "grinding"to make a fit. This was obviously not acceptable (nor would that have rectified the issue) and I elected to return the two housings for credit (which I gratefully received). This experience involved a return trip to the carrier and a subsequent purchase of an entire turn signal assembly was made. This second purchase also involved the return of the assembly (which did not match the stock turn signal).
