When removing the vacuum hoses for good this little guys are a much easier solution and permanent that trying rubber vacuum ports plugs. In combination with the washers, they seal the carburetor vacuum port with no leaks. Save yourself some time and purchase this screws, peace of mind guaranteed. Ed
