Power Kit Extra, 9/75 to 9/80

for R75/6, R75/7, R80/7, R90/6 and R90S produced after 9/1975

More power and torque can be realized with the installation of this kit. This kit will increase your bike's displacement to 1000cc and add about 10 more horsepower plus an additional 30% more torque. The kit includes brand new Nikasil cylinders, pre-installed stainless pushrod tubes and specially shaped pistons, so there is no need to modify or change your cylinder heads. The kit also includes piston rings and wrist pins.

Gasket set not included!
You will also need to order the gasket set, part number 1100102.
We also offer this kit without pushrod tubes.

Important Installation Note: For 1980 and earlier models, refrain from utilizing O-Rings for cylinder sealing, despite the visible grooves on the base of the cylinders. Only use silicone sealant for this purpose.
